¡Hola! ¿Dónde podemos encontrarte ahora mismo? ¿Cómo empezaste tu día?
Hola ¡ Where are you right now? How did you start your day?
In the studio like every other day, every day I start in my studio because it’s quite before everybody come, in Joy everybody starts working around 11 and I go to the studio around 8:30 – 9:00 after I work out and I have some time with music without any interference.
¿Cuándo empezó a formarse la idea de poner en marcha un proyecto como el tuyo? ¿Siempre ha sido algo que quisiste hacer?
When started the idea to do a project like yours? Has been something that you always wanted to do?
Once in a while I make projects and the idea about making the project about space it came out because this type of focusing music is new to me, I use to make strong music and edm music, even when I made like techno, house it wasn’t like this and somehow, I didn’t think about making the space project I just listen to the tracks and space coming to my mind.
I guess there are a lot of things that I didn’t do yet and I am going to do that, usually when I want something I do it and if I want something I achieve it I know how to choose my targets carefully and get them.
¿Cómo definirías el sonido de tu último trabajo?
How Will you define the sound of your last work?
My last project “No landing Gear” is super progressive house but also with some trance effects on it trance vibes on it its combination of a lot of sounds I was inspired by.
¿Qué artistas te interesan estos días?
Which artists interest you now days?
A lot of artists are doing great work today, its time of electronic music, I think its rising and I like Tale of us I like 8keys, Boris Brejcha is doing very well. A lot of them doing a great job now and you can see a lot of festivals in the world a lot of electronic music, like, its more than every other genre in the world, more than rock music, more than hip hop, more then everything, not in the radio or charts but yes in the place where people go.
Rock music is dead but the beauty in electronic music that we can incorporate from other genres very easily and before this project, my previous track called “Cranberries love” because I use a sample from “The cranberries”, Zombi song, which you can do almost only in electronic music, it’s very hard to do it in other.
¿Cómo logras combinar géneros tan dispares? ¿Cómo logras darles unidad y armonía? ¿Qué tienen en común para ti?
How do you get to combine so different genres? How do you get to give them unity and harmony? What they have in common from your point of view?
In the end music is music, harmony, melodies, doesn’t matter the genre they are there, the music will not change, the mathematics in music will stay and I combine them in the way it makes me feel, for me feelings are more important than everything. I am a Dj, I don’t think about nothing but how the crowd will feel when they will hear this track or this track so I don’t care if you called it trance or house or whatever, if its sounds good for me it will be there.
The music itself the notes the codes the beats its mathematic even the frequency, and my degrees in mathematic help me to make better music, but in the end when all the mathematics done you need to stop close you easy and feel it, mathematic is just a technical part to understand but you need also to feel.
¿Cómo definirías tu sonido?
How would you define your sound?
My sound – It’s very tricky, I have an eclectic sound, sometimes it’s very happy sometimes it’s very dark, but it’s always energetic and progressive. I made a lot of EDM music which is super powerful music. Now my music is more open air and more chill. But still, I am making music for dancefloor, I am a dancefloor producer and Dj. Everything I produced comes from that first I am Dj and make music for the crowd. I make music that I think will affect the crowd.
¿Puede contarnos algo sobre sus proyectos actuales o futuros?
Could you tell us something about your actual and future projects?
For now, and nearest future, I will stay with progressive house and I will concentrate on the festival music because its where I am, not for radio or club music, more festival music, I want to make what I am making now better and more creative.
