Hi ! Where can we find you right now? How did you start your day?
Hi there! First of all, thanks for having me. So far my day has been great, thanks, I am in my studio making music of course.
What was your first foray into the world of electronic music?
As a teen I started going to parties, festivals and club, the music was incredible and I felt immediately inspired.
When did the idea of starting a project start to take shape? Has it always been something you wanted to do?
I always knew I wanted to make music, growing up I was always listening to old (vinili) in my parents house. I guess that’s how it started for me.
How would you define the sound of the last work? What is the concept behind?
I like to think the last track is a combination of sounds, from Chicago old school house to Detroit electro sound all jazzed up with a bit of Funk!
What artists are you interested in these days?
I very much appreciate old school electronic music and some of my favorite artists are pioneers such as Louie Vega, Kerry Chandler, Paul Johnson, Robert Hood, Marcellus Pittman just to name a few
Listening to them was so important to my development as a musician.
How do you manage to combine such disparate genres? How do you manage to give them unity and harmony? What do they have in common for you?
It is all about the vibe and the energy in my daily life, my music and my life are connected. I like to blend soft and aggressive sound when composing new tunes
How would you define your sound?
A combination of sounds and feelings
Would you like to share a set? Can you tell us more about this? When and how was it recorded?
Absolutely! I love this tune, we recorded it at the Jardin des Visionnaires where I am a resident guest. You can find it in vinyl and mp3
Can you tell us something about your current or future projects?
