Miami and NYC mainstay, Alex Cecil, makes his Popgang Records debut with the two track “Jumping from Swings” EP.
Showcasing his “horizontal disco” style and refreshing take on warehouse influenced indie dance, title track “Jumping from Swings” is carried by arpeggiated bass lines, ethereal atmospheres and lush string leads reminiscent of classic Giorgio Moroder songs.
The B-side “Cadence” starts with a slow build and a call to action vocal hook before dropping into pure late night disco arps.
