We have had the pleasure of interviewing them and this has been the result.
Hi there ! Where can we find you right now? How did you start your day?
‘’Hello nice to meet you my name is subfiltronik and I am from Manchester in uk, I start my day with a good healthy breakfast.
When did the idea of starting a project start to take shape? Has it always been something you wanted to do?
‘’It depends, normally when a project starts to take shape for me is that if I had a one liner vocal that I liked or a sample that fits with a melody that I’m writing.
When I was younger I couldn’t pinpoint what I really wanted to do so I ventured in all sorts of stuff until I found music to be my main passion.
How would you define the sound of your latest work? What is the concept behind?
‘’I would say my music has taken a great turn over the years but right now I’m making sounds in different ways, making them unique in my projects than I normally would.
What artists are you interested in these days?
‘’Artist I am interested in are Ayonikz, Akirah, EmilianWonk, Benzmixer, Welon, Versa, Jandi, Aweminus, Madcore, Voyd, Marauda, Eptic, Jakes, Severve, Motus, Infekt
How do you manage to combine such disparate genres? How do you manage to give them unity and harmony? What do they have in common for you?
‘’I was a picky person on what fits in a track and what didn’t, I first think about what track is popular at the time and is the bpm close to what I am creating. Like I said before I write a new melody on top either copying the original melody or writing something new in the same key of that sample or vocal.
How would you define your sound?
‘’I define my sound as Story telling, Hard hitting, ground breaking, unique, progressive and with a lot of energy.
Can you tell us something about your current or future projects?
‘’There are a few but some things I can’t tell just yet we all have to wait and see.
