«Motion Desire», a collaboration between Melgazzo and FUHR, hit the platforms on September 1st.
One of Brazil’s leading techno labels has just celebrated five years of work aimed at fostering and developing the underground scene there. Founded by Melgazzo, Kaligo Records has, in a short time, become one of the biggest labels of its kind in the country, in all the genres it embraces, such as Peak Time, Driving & Raw and Deep/Hypnotic, as well as bringing movement with its showcases, which have already marked nights in Brazil and Europe. And, with so many achievements in this journey, the label deserves a celebration in style; and this is what they deliver in their new single «Motion Desire«, by Melgazzo and Fuhr.
But the celebratory content of this track is not only due to the label’s anniversary, as this is also Kaligo Records’ 100th release. In view of this, its founder has prepared a production that represents his entire sound and identity, based on the lines of Peak Time, with a nocturnal, dense and mysterious atmosphere, but without losing the energy that has taken his songs to the dancefloors of different parts of Brazil and the world. Expect bold beats, dark synths and an impacting vocal to take you on a journey through their immersive groove, marked by layers and textures.
