Review: «notgood@sports» EP [51Beats]

The “notgood@sports” EP is made up of two original Savnko songs: notgood@sports and c’mon, accompanied by a bunch of remixes from artists and friends of 51Beats: Crayon Mortel, Double Precision, Giacomo Vanelli, Joao Ceser, Random Name and Thrace.

The goal of notgood@sports is to instill the daily bitterness that surrounds us, from uncertainty about the future to exhaustion and frustration related to our daily routines. The original «animated electronic pop» version is performed by Random Name with the most energetic track that closes the release leaving you breathless.

The idea behind this album refers us to one of the crucial attributes of music, and that is its inexhaustible ability to generate states of mind that protect us at all times. Its meaning remains in the hands of lovers of electronic music, beyond the dance floor and all hedonism.

“notgood@sports” can and should be heard as a piece of timeless music that conveys a positive idea in times of conflict, and its aesthetic appeals to the most basic, deep and receptive of the spirit. This album, in short, designs a wide and fragile sound to listen and feel from the depths.

The mastery of the language of this work is total, and here they have returned to delve into the past to be inspired by another verse, more forceful and melancholy, but no less evocative. All in all, we can safely say that this Loosh is on the verge of excellence.
